The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the notification under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 03/2025 for Paramedical Staff Recruitment in Indian Railways. A total of 434 vacancies are available for various posts such as Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist, Radiographer, ECG Technician, and others. Candidates with relevant medical or paramedical qualifications were able to apply online through the official RRB portal.
The recruitment examination will be conducted through a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination.

The CBT exam for paramedical posts is scheduled between 11 and 13 March 2026 across different centers in India.
Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹500
- SC / ST / PwD / Female: ₹250
- Refund: ₹400 for General/OBC and ₹250 for reserved categories after appearing in the exam.
- Payment Method: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallet.
