The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has initiated the Online Counselling Process for D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) Admission 2025-27. Eligible candidates who have qualified the D.El.Ed Entrance / merit process can now participate in the online seat allotment and counselling registration through the official counselling portal.

How to Register for Online Counselling
Follow the steps below to register and participate in the BSEB D.El.Ed counselling:
- Visit the official BSEB counselling portal.
- Click on the link for D.El.Ed Online Counselling 2025-27.
- Login using your registration number and password / Date of Birth.
- Fill in your personal, academic and preference details.
- Upload scanned documents as per instructions.
- Submit your counselling form before the last date.
- Check your seat allotment result once declared.
- Report to the allotted institute with original documents.
Important: Always enter correct details and upload legible scanned copies of certificates.
