CLAT Answer Key 2026 – Official Release, Dates, Objections & How to Download

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 provisional answer key has been officially released by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) for both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) exams. Candidates who appeared for the exam held on 7 December 2025 can now download the answer key with question papers and response sheets from the official CLAT portal. The objection window was open for a limited time and has now closed, with the final answer key and results expected soon.


Overview

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of NLUs for admission into law programs (BA LLB / LLM) offered by participating National Law Universities across India. The provisional answer key was released online on 10 December 2025, shortly after the exam concluded. Candidates were allowed to raise objections against the provisional key until 12 December 2025 with a prescribed objection fee.
