- Mode: Online (Login Based)
- Purpose: Change / update selected subjects
This was a final one-time opportunity to edit subject choices. No further changes are allowed after the deadline.
What is CUET UG Subject Update?
This facility allows candidates to:
- Change previously selected subjects / domain papers
- Add or remove subjects (within allowed limit)
- Align subjects with university eligibility criteria
NTA opened this window after receiving multiple student requests.
Who Can Update?
Eligible candidates:
- Already registered for CUET UG 2026
- Completed application + fee payment
New candidates cannot use this window.
Important Rules
- Maximum 5 subjects allowed (including languages & general test)
- Additional fee may apply if subjects increase
- Only one-time correction allowed
- No changes after deadline
How to Update CUET UG Subjects 2026
Follow these steps:
- Visit- cuet.nta.nic.in
- Click on “Candidate Login”
- Enter:
- Application Number
- Password
- Open Subject Correction / Update Section
- Modify your subject choices
- Save & submit final form
Take a printout after submission.
Important Instructions
- Choose subjects carefully based on course eligibility
- Incorrect subjects may lead to admission rejection
- Check university requirements (DU, BHU, JNU, etc.)
- No correction chance after 19 April 2026
